Sold a Single Family home in 2017 for approximately $225K in Warwick, RI.
"Excellent to work with! Honest, professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with and overall great guy. We actually met Matt when we made an offer on a house he was selling for one of his clients (and subsequently lost as we were outbid). We had had a terrible time selling our home and finding a new one and had a very bad taste in our mouths about realtors as we had some bad experiences with others along the way. We were ready to give up. When we needed our home sold we searched/talked to multiple realtors but none of them seemed like the right fit. We remembered about "the realtor we lost our dream home to" and realized that although we didn't get the house we wanted, Matt was doing his job for his client (his sellers). He worked hard to get them the best price for their home and always had their best interest in mind. Those qualities were exactly what we wanted in the realtor to sell our home. We called him on a Sunday and he met with us right away. In addition, we gave Matt a small time frame to get the house sold, he was confident he could do it and he was right. Our house was sold the first day on the market at full asking. No issues, smooth transaction. Prior to Matt I was told by another realtor that "not all closings are warm and fuzzy" and I didn't believe that was right and I'm glad Matt was able to prove that comment wrong. Our closing was great and we the buyers of our home were happy as well. I am happy knowing our home was finally going to the right buyers who would appreciate it as much as we did. And that made the sale so much more easy and comfortable and it's all thanks to Matt. We Will hopefully work with him again in the future but until then we will keep the referrals coming!"
