"Excellent to work with! Honest, professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with and overall great guy. We actually met Matt when we made an offer on a house he was selling for one of his clients (and subsequently lost as we were outbid). We had had a terrible time selling our home and finding a new one and had a very bad taste in our mouths about realtors as we had some bad experiences with others along the way. We were ready to give up. When we needed our home sold we searched/talked to multiple realtors but none of them seemed like the right fit. We remembered about "the realtor we lost our dream home to" and realized that although we didn't get the house we wanted, Matt was doing his job for his client (his sellers). He worked hard to get them the best price for their home and always had their best interest in mind. Those qualities were exactly what we wanted in the realtor to sell our home.
